Notary Public

Our notarial services help to facilitate overseas transactions. We can produce notarial acts for both commercial firms and private clients and those acts can be relied on by foreign authorities and trading partners throughout the world.

Our expertise

One of our Lawyers, Louisa Taylor, is also a qualified Notary Public, regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. Notaries are the oldest and smallest branch of the legal profession and they authenticate and certify documents and signatures as well as check identity, authority and capacity in relation to documents being used abroad. In addition, Louisa can advise on and arrange apostilles from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, as well as consular and embassy legalisation.
