Elizabeth joined Clayden Law in 2019 from Freeths LLP, where she was part of their busy Commercial Department. Elizabeth completed her legal training as a solicitor in 2011, at Morgan Cole (now Blake Morgan).
With a strong grounding in legal procedures, case history and best practice Elizabeth is skilled at drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts (for sale of goods and/or services), terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, licence agreements, deeds of novation, deeds of variation and employment contracts; identifying key commercial legal issues for clients; as well as preparing reports and advising clients by email and telephone. She is particularly interested in advising organisations in the IT sector and those using technology as a fundamental part of their business.
Prior to her legal career Elizabeth worked in the education and publishing sectors.
