I am a commercial solicitor with over five years’ experience advising on, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, particularly those relating to technology, research and intellectual property.
Hannah graduated from University of Nottingham, obtained her Graduate Diploma in Law from Oxford Brookes University and her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She trained and qualified as a solicitor at international law firm Osborne Clarke and went on to work at University of Oxford as an in-house commercial and intellectual property solicitor for 3 years. At Oxford University, Hannah had substantial experience of supply of service contracts (in particular cloud-based, SaaS and PaaS services) and research and intellectual property-related agreements, and advised on a diverse range of matters with an emphasis on data protection law, intellectual property and contract-related queries.
