I am a commercial lawyer with over 10 years’ experience advising on and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements. I have a particular specialism in the financial aspects of those relating to data protection, information technology and intellectual property.
Sukhpreet obtained her law degree from Cambridge University. She did her training in London with city law firm Theodore Goddard, now Addleshaw Goddard before moving to Eversheds, where she worked for over 10 years.
Whilst there she specialised in international corporate and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, working for clients in all sectors of business and government, but particularly for banks and financial institutions. Alongside this dispute resolution practice, Sukhpreet was also involved in advising on commercial contracts and finance contracts, in particular those involving data privacy, IT and IP.
Sukhpreet is, currently, on secondment to one of Clayden Law’s major technology clients.
